The Loss Creek Longbeard Chapter began in the Spring of 1998 with nine Crawford County residents.  The first banquet was held in August of that year. 

Since 1998, the committee has grown and the chapter has hosted several events including sporting clays shoots, Women in the Outdoors events, JAKES events and their first Wheelin' Sportsmen event on October 16, 2004! 

The Loss Creek Longbeards Chapter has also participated in the N.W.T.F. scholarship program and provided education boxes to public schools and home schooled families.  The chapter has also supported other organizations such as the US Sportmens Alliance and the Crawford County Conservation League.
